    Hi E2 is going really well thanks. I have a few questions, a couple of them may be bugs a couple are more tweaking:

    My site senselessrecords.co.uk

    1. When a user clicks a category on my menu it brings up all posts for that category, all good but there isn’t a back arrow or home button. There was in C1.. Thoughts?
    2. I have external links in my menu, but E2 treats them like internal and tries to load something. How do I resolve?
    3. If I have more than one widget and it goes below the fold, I can’t scroll down the sidebar, is this intentional? The right hand side scrolls.
    4. Is it possible to have a two layer menu? I want an artists link on my menu. The first thing I would want someone to see is a list of artists on my label as thumbs, then if someone clicks it brings up all the posts about that artist. Is this possible?
    5. I wanted to have contact as an option in my menu, but if I link to the contact post I have set up (using your form) then it breaks the site..

    Thanks in advance for your help!

    Ciao TC! Some quick replies:
    #1: not present in E2, we didn’t like it.
    #2: check out this post: http://superthemes.org/support/topic/custom-menu-option-url-redirect-to-homepage/
    #3: you may change this choosing an absolute positioning for the header, and not fixed.
    #4: What you require is a mega menu feature you might find in some free WP plugin on the WP plugins directory.
    #5: Are you using the latest E2 theme from the versioning board? Update theme and plugin. If it won’t work, it may be caused by some other plugins. Try turning all plugins off, experiment, and then turn them back on one at a time to understand which one generates the problem

    Thanks for the reply, still not sorted everything though sorry!

    1. So how do you see people getting back to the home screen now if in a category? Do they have to click the logo..?
    2. Thanks
    3. Sorry don’t know how to do this, can’t see an option in LTE?
    4. Thanks will try.
    5. Yes latest version, I’ve added it to the menu so you can see what I mean.

    Couple of new problems I’m afraid:
    1. Any ideas why it is doing this to the formatting? http://senselessrecords.co.uk/#938/synesthesia-2-ft-mak-pasteman-nkc-jtrp
    2. Video quicktags aren’t working, is this a known issue? Can I embed video as normal? http://senselessrecords.co.uk/#870/zebra-katz-x-footwork
    3. Overall the load speed on both Mac & PC seems slower than C1 is this a known issue, anything ~I can do? I have caching plugin enabled and the beta caching feature too..

    Sorry for all the questions, I’m very happy the the template it is just doing some weird stuff! If I can just tweak it enough then it would be perfect..

    let me join this conversation :)

    1. you could choose to add a Home button to your nav-menu.

    3. matteo refers to a custom lte-advanced rule that you could use with the advanced mode editor:

    .lte.lte-advanced #header{position: absolute!important;}

    5. mmm, that’s weird, however try adding the external link tag as described here and make it point to your contact post: /#914/914
    —-
    1. thats because you’re using resized images, try adding this code to your advanced editor to avoid this:

    .lte.lte-advanced #grid-content .post .imgwrap{height: auto!important;}

    this is still a beta feature to speed-up image loading dynamics, we’re working to upgrade it.

    2. standard youtube\vimeo embedding tags are working properly.

    3. actually making our themes lightweight and fast loading is our biggest task, your site is loading properly with good loading time response.

    Best regards,

    Ale
