However there are a couple of things that you’d better keep in mind while posting:

Keep it light!

Having a fast loading portfolio is one of the key points in making it enjoyable to your audience,
here are some tips that you may keep in mind:

• Use resized, web ready thumbnails (max 50k each is suggested).
  This will prevent slow loading and make your portfolio fly.
• Use a reasonable number of thumbnails
  Using a maximum number between 20 and 30 is warmly suggested, use wordpress native pagination in case you have more to display, E2 will do the rest for you by adding an ajax dynamic navigation.
• Use E2 (2.02+) Caching
  This small feature will silently pre-load all your contents while the user is browsing and will keep it ready when the user will request’em.
• Use Sliders and Galleries
  Use native E2 sliders and wp native galleries to speed-up content loading.
